Caitlin Trotter

Caitlin has been involved with Christian Arts and Theatre for seven years. She was in 9 CAT productions during her junior high and high school experience. Soon after high school, she began volunteering for the CAT Summer Camps. She is currently attending Azusa Pacific University working towards a B.A. in Theatre with a minor in music. She has always loved working with kids and is thrilled to be teaching Kinder Cubs this term. Having a passion for the arts is something God has given her and she wants to spread and share the joy it has brought her. Caitlin thinks Walt Disney is a genius and enjoys going to the land he created (Disneyland). Someday she hopes to fulfill her dream as protraying the role of Belle in Beauty and the Beast. 

Ashton PeCoy

Ashton began gymnastics at the age of 8. It wasn't until the age of 13 that she discovered that her love of the floor exercise could be translated onto the dance floor. She trained in all styles of dance at the competitive level at local dance studios around Southern California for 6 years. While in high school, she was a member of Santiago's Varsity Dance Team and was the co-captain her junior year and captain her senior year. Upon high school graduation, Ashton moved to Idaho where she served as a co-captain on scholarship for the Idaho State University Dance Team. She is now in her last year at Hope International University where she will graduate in May with a Bachelor's degree in Business. Ashton is also a member of of RhetOracle Dance Company, a professional modern/lyrical dance company based in Long Beach. Along with attending school and being a member of the dance company, Ashton is the assistant coach for Santiago High School's Varsity Dance Team. 

Kathy Risinger

Kathy is excited to be back teaching at CAT. Most recently she was the acting director for CAT camp this summer. She's taught for CAT for a number of years, including the recent Girl Power class. Along with her passion for teaching, Kathy loves to perform. Her training includes over 25 years of performing in professional and community theatre, working for Disney, getting a BA in Musical Theatre from San Diego State University, and teaching voice and theatre for The Grove's Rock the Arts. She also holds a Masters degree in Theatre Education. She plans on teaching as a professor as well as continue her endeavors with educating youth while using the ARTS TO FACILITATE, EDUCATE AND ACTIVATE.  

Jamie Buster

Jamie is a recent graduate from Concordia University, Irvine with a Bachelors in Liberal Studies, emphasis in Theatre. She will be finishing her credential this next school year and cannot wait to teach elementary school! Her heart has always belonged to teaching and performing arts. She looks forward to bringing that same love that she has into the hearts of kids! Jamie has been a part of many different shows from musical to comedic to dramatic. She happily resides in Riverside, CA. 

Hollee Hennebelle

Hollee has been hired as the Resident Choreographer and Director of Dance for CAT. Hollee teaches several dance technique classes to build the program with new dance genres and teachers. Her Choreography accomplishments have been recognized with nominations and awards from the Inland Theatre League. Her current goal is to finish her Associates degree at Riverside Community College and transfer to Cal State Long Beach to get her degree in dance with an emphasis in choreography. When she is not at CAT, she is dancing at the "Happiest Place on Earth" in Disney's Electrical Parade. 

Beverly Baird

Beverly Baird is joining our teaching team this session. She recently directed our production of Scrooge and costumed our productions of Wind in the Willows, Willy Wonka, and Peter Pan. Her training includes the Academy of Arts in Orange County in voice, dance, acting, and stage performance. Also Cerritos College, Riverside Community College and Disneyland. She has taught private acting and voice lessons, acting at Riverside Children's Theatre, Kids Arts Academy as well as workshops on acting and stage performance. 

Alicia Young

Alicia has been involved with CAT for many years and we love having her around. Alicia has a B.A. in Child Development from Cal State San Bernardino and an Elementary Education Credential as well. She taught for many years at Parkridge School for the Arts in Corona and directed their Drama Club. Alicia lives in Corona with her husband and two wonderful sons. 

Aran Broderick

Aran has been the Production Chairperson for Make-up for CAT over the past 5 years. She was the parent liason of the Summer Tour Group for the past 4 summers and also helped choreograph the summer of 2004. Her background in dance includes training in Rythmic Gymnastics, Jazz, Ballet and community theater productions. In her youth, Aran danced in a number of productions at the Redlands Bowl, including the, Music Man, and Camelot. Other productions she was in included the Wizard of Oz, Oliver, and Bye Bye Birdie. Her most recent dance performance was with her daughter, Jasmine, as members of the U.S. General Gymnastics Team at the 1999 World Gymnaestrada in Sweden.
She received her BA in Human Perception and Self Expression from the University of Redlands, Johnston Center. Part of her self designed major included classes in stage make-up, Mime, the History of Musical Theater and Drama. Aran has taught several classes in stage make-up for CAT and is excited to be working with the tour group. Her family includes Jamie, her husband, and three theatrical daughters - Jasmine, Sophia and Annabelle.
 

Hannah Favela

Hannah Favela is originally from Colorado, and has been performing since she was a child. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Arts and a music minor from Stephens College in Columbia MO, a program that often ranks in the top ten in the nation. While at Stephens, Hannah did summer stock work in Okoboji, Iowa. Hannah graduated from Stephens in 2004 and was recruited for the graduate acting program at Cal State Fullerton, and finished her Master of Fine Arts in May 2007. That summer Hannah did a staged reading of The Strange Affliction for The Museum of Television & Radio and AFTRA. That fall Hannah and her friend Wendy went to Israel to perform The Way of Love, a play they wrote together. In 2008 Hannah began teaching theatre at Riverside Community College and Crafton Hills College. Favorite roles of Hannah's include Nina in The Seagull and Tracy Lord in The Philadelphia Story. Hannah looks forward to working at CAT with the future talent of the theatre world!
